Boundaries
The Cedar Mill Little League charter, granted by the national Little League office in Williamsport, PA, allows us to accept players who reside within specific geographic boundaries. The applications of all players are screened to ensure the child meets the residence requirements.
CMLL includes part or all the attendance area of the following elementary schools:
Cedar Mill (all):
- Findley (all)
- Forest Park--All area west of Skyline Blvd. (generally described as Forest Heights neighborhoods). Also included is the area north of NW Thompson and/or NW 53rd where it intersects with Skyline Blvd.
- Skyline (the portion south of Johnson Rd, south of Logie Trail Rd, and west of the Willamette River [including Sauvie Island, but not the St. Johns neighborhood])
- Terra Linda (all)
- West Tualatin View (all)
- The Cedar Park, Stoller and West Sylvan middle school attendance areas that intersect the above areas are, of course, also part of CMLL.
Do not attempt to violate the residence requirements. “Residence” means where your child lives — not where relatives live, where the child attends school, where mail is sent, where you grew up or where you intend to live at some time in the future. Violating the residence requirement will not only risk your child’s ability to participate now and in the future, but it also risks the playing status of the child’s team and the entire 690-child league. If you believe that your circumstance warrants special consideration, please contact CMLL so the appeal process can be completed prior to the start of the season.
