Coaches
All prospective managers, assistant coaches or other adults who will regularly interact with CMLL players during practices, games or tournaments MUST fill out and submit the Little League Volunteer Form in order to be considered for participation in CMLL. Please note that this form must include your Social Security Number and you must attach a copy of a government issued photo I.D. such as a valid Driver's license. You do NOT need to provide references as requested on the form. All forms and background checks are held with strict confidentiality by the CMLL Safety Officer and are destroyed after one year.
