Fall Ball 2020 Registration

Player Registration opens July 1st for Fall Ball.

Teams for spring are formed at the T-ball, A, AA, AAA, Minors, and Majors levels. Descriptions of each level and age requirements can be found on CMLL’s website. Please note that age recommendations are based on “league age." See the age chart on the Little League International for more details.

Coaches/Volunteers: In an effort to streamline our processes and create a more secure environment, our web host (Stack Sports) will be conducting our background checks. You will be asked for your social security number as part of the registration process. Details around security and how/why the number is needed are supplied on the registration page during registration.

The CMLL guidelines for which division is suited for a given age is listed below. There are overlaps, so your child will be in the age range for multiple divisions. Please note that this is a guideline. Parents should sign their children up for the division they feel is appropriate for their child's skill level. The system is set up for the age ranges below, so if you would like your child to play in a division outside of the recommended age range, please email the player agents (Brian Tosky and Michael Hester) at [email protected], and we will make arrangements to put your child in the requested league.

  • Majors = September 1, 2007 - August 31, 2009
  • Minors = September 1, 2008 - August 31, 2010
  • AAA = September 1, 2008 - August 31, 2011
  • AA = September 1, 2010 - August 31, 2012
  • A = September 1, 2010 - August 31, 2012
  • T-Ball = September 1, 2013 - August 31, 2015

Registration Fees are as follows:

  • 50/70 (11-13) = $125 - Regular registration closes 2/23/20
  • Majors = $250 - Regular registration closes 2/23/20
  • Minors = $250 - Regular registration closes 2/23/20
  • AAA = $250 - Regular registration closes 2/23/20
  • AA = $200 - Regular registration closes 2/23/20
  • A = $170 - Regular registration closes 2/23/20
  • T-Ball = $110 - Regular registration closes 2/23/20
  • There is a family discount of $20 per player after the first player

NOTE: For players who will try out for the AAA, Minors and Majors levels, there will be evaluations during weekend February 28 – March 1 at Indoor Goals. The exact time slot for your player will be communicated at a later date. AAA, Minors and Majors level rosters will be built via a draft process in Spring 2020. The purpose of the evaluation is to ensure that players are placed in the correct division according to their skill level as well as to help managers draft teams that will create parity in the league. Note that it is possible that a few players may not be selected for the division in which they registered. In those cases, they will be placed in the next lower division.

Late registrations will be allowed for a short period of time after the February 9th deadline (February 16th for T-Ball, A, and AA levels) but a $25 late fee will be added in addition to the regular fee.

Every player needs to have a Tualatin Hills Parks and Rec District (THPRD) card. Click here for instructions on how to obtain one.

In-district Family Assistance: The goal of the THPRD Family Assistance Program is to ensure that all Park District residents have access to recreation programs. Since Cedar Mill Little League is registered with THPRD, in-district families may be eligible for family registration assistance funds from THPRD. Please go to the following site for Family Assistance for more information and complete the Scholarship request form.

Little League relies heavily on volunteers to thrive.

We are actively looking for Managers for all levels of play. If you are interested in being a team manager or assistant coach, we HIGHLY encourage you to volunteer. It is a greatly rewarding experience. All managers and assistant coaches must also complete a volunteer background check form which can be filled out online.

Refund Policy

Cedar Mill Little League will grant a full refund minus $15 administration fees if the request is made while regular registration is still open. A 50% refund will be issued for requests made after teams have been announced. If a player is not placed on a team (Fall Ball only), a full refund will be provided. No refund will be granted after the team’s first scheduled practice.
